All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary by location. For metro cities, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days. For other regions, it may take 4 to 7 business days, while remote or rural locations may experience delivery times of up to 10 days.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery pin-code entered during checkout. Free shipping is not applicable to all orders and depends on your specific location. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹50 may apply. This charge is waived for all prepaid orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to track your package in real time through our logistics partner's tracking portal.
Return & Replacement
At EcomTelco, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the request within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A valid reason for the return must be provided at the time of the request.
Returns are not accepted under certain conditions. This includes products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence, items missing original packaging or invoice, and custom or made-to-order items.
We offer free replacements for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, a replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting images or videos are required for verification.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund via email or SMS. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
