At EcomTelco, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent refund process.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 7 days of product delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with a valid purchase invoice.

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • An incorrect product was delivered

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used or tampered with
  • Damage occurred due to customer mishandling
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product is a custom-built or made-to-order item

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@ecomtelco.com or call +91‑9558755910 with your order details and the reason for the refund.

Once your request is received, our team will verify the claim within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will either arrange a return pickup or request that you ship the product back to our warehouse.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after confirmation:
Please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, do not hesitate to contact us at support@ecomtelco.com.
