EcomTelco Vendor Product Listing Guide

Welcome to EcomTelco! Follow this step-by-step guide to list your products correctly on our platform.

1. Product Information

• Product Name: Provide the exact name of the product.
• Description: Write a detailed 100-word description explaining the product features and benefits.
• Product Category: Select the appropriate category for your product.
• Product Type: Choose between Simple (single product) or Variable (multiple variations like size or color).
• Images: Upload high-quality images of the product.

2. Pricing & General Information

• Price (Marked Price): The actual price of the product.
• Sale Price (Selling Price): The discounted or final price.
• Quantity (Stock): Enter the available stock quantity.
• Unit Type: Specify if the product is sold per piece, kg, meter, or mm.
• Tax Status: Select whether the product is taxable or tax-exempt.

3. Inventory Management

• SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Enter a unique product code.
• Stock Quantity: Mention the total stock available.

4. Packaging & Dimensions

• Weight (kg): Specify the product weight.
• Dimensions (L x W x H in cm): Enter the packaging size for shipping purposes.

5. Product Specifications

Provide additional details in the form of Label: Value format.

• Example:
  • Material: HDPE
  • Color: Black + Yellow
  • Usage: Industrial

6. Variable Product Guide

Note: Only Applicable if you have selected the Product Type : Variable in Section 1. Product Information.

For variable products, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Define Attributes
  • Create attributes such as Size, Color, Length, or Material and provide corresponding values.
  • Example:
    • Size: Small, Medium, Large
    • Color: Black, Yellow
• Step 2: Generate Variations
  • Click on Generate Variations after defining attributes.
  • The system will create all possible product variations automatically.
• Step 3: Assign Details to Each Variation
  • Set individual SKU, Price, Stock, and Images for each variation.
  • Example:
    • Size: Medium, Color: Yellow → SKU: DWC-1234, Price: ₹20, Stock: 50

7. Shipping & Returns

• Pickup Pincode: Enter the pincode from where the product will be shipped.
• Order Return Days: Define the return window (if applicable).

8. SEO Optimization

• Meta Title: Provide a short, keyword-rich title.
• Slug: The URL-friendly version of the product name.
• Meta Description: A concise summary (up to 160 characters) for search engines.
• Meta Keywords: Add relevant keywords separated by commas.

Final Steps

• Double-check all details before submitting.
• Ensure the product images meet quality standards.
• Click Add Product to list the product on EcomTelco.
